• Service-Enriched Rental Housing — We own and rent houses in 23 St. Louis County municipalities and work with tenant families to help them achieve their long-term goals. more..
• Homeownership Center — Training, financial assistance and other services, including IDA matched savings accounts, to prepare individuals for the responsibilities of homeownership. more...
• Home Repair Program — Assistance for city homeowners with home repairs, code compliance and lead paint removal.
• Foreclosure Prevention — Beyond Housing counselors assist homeowners who may be experiencing a financial hardship to avoid forclosure, if possible.  Call 314-533-0600, ext 22 to schedule an appointment with a counselor.  We are not able to see clients without an appointment.  To prepare for your appointment, please print the forms contained in our Intake Packet and bring the completed forms and other supporting documents with you to your appointment.  Click here to download and save our Intake Packet.  Other supporting documents include a hardship letter explaining what happened to put you in danger of foreclosure, a copy of your most recent mortgage statement, a copy of every notice that you may have received from your lender or from an attorney, payroll stubs for the three most recent months for everyone listed on the loan papers, any other verification of household income as well as a listing of every recurring expense (monthly, quarterly, annually) in your budget.  In addition, please bring bank statements (savings and checking accounts) for the most recent three months as well as the last two years of federal income tax returns.   Click here for important related information about President Obama's plan for homeowners.
