Welcome to Beyond Housing... Minimize

Beyond Housing is one of the St. Louis region’s leading providers of housing and support services for low-income families and homeowners.

Our mission is to strengthen neighborhoods, one family at a time.  We do this by providing affordable housing and homeownership services; providing support services to families, children and seniors; being a catalyst for community-wide rebuilding efforts; empowering residents to be leaders of their own neighborhood revitalization efforts; and promoting individual and community asset building.

Beyond Housing Breaks New Ground! Minimize

Monday, November 23, 2009, marked another ground-breaking day for Beyond Housing and the City of Pagedale...literally.  A ground-breaking ceremony was held on the site of the future home of a Save-A-Lot grocery store on Page Avenue and Buckner Place in Pagedale, MO.  Click here for photos of the ceremony.

This project is the first in a series of planned developments as part of a tax increment financing district.  Future projects include a senior housing complex, retail operations and mixed-use commercial development.

You can check our progress in the photo journal below.  We invite you to visit often.
